The Centre is located within the Park at Holly Lodge, which is the administration centre of the Park. It is down a small lane approximately half way between the Richmond and Sheen Gates, and signposted as ‘Holly Lodge’. When guests arrive at the Centre they must wait in the visitors bay and call 020 8940 8730. A member of the team will come out and collect them.

On foot, the nearest gates are Richmond Gate and Bog Gate.

The nearest station is Richmond (Zone 4), which is served by the District Line, London Overground to and from Stratford, Southwestern Railway services to and from London Waterloo, SW London, Reading and the West.

Bus 371 from Richmond station stops at The American University near Richmond Gate.

We encourage all our visitors to use public transport unless bringing your car is absolutely essential, eg for blue badge holders. Use our postcode TW10 5HS to navigate by GPS.

Parking is available at Holly Lodge only for those visiting the Royal Parks and the Holly Lodge Centre.

The nearest gate to Holly Lodge is Richmond Gate.

If you are leading a group please make sure that the rest of the group wait until they are met by one of our personnel.

Coaches need a permit to enter the Park. Please contact us to arrange one, free of charge. Please note that we don’t permit double deck coaches into the park due to the low tree canopy.
